Staff Physician​

Lee County Cooperative Clinic dba Olly Neal Community Health Center (ONCHC), is seeking a Staff Physician, requires an MD or DO degree from an accredited school and a valid state license to practice. Examines and treats members of family, regardless of age or sex. Ensures proper injury care and disease prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and recovery. Prescribes and administers medications, performs routine vaccinations, and provides advice regarding personal health and hygiene. Requests necessary tests and follow-up visits and refers patients to specialists, as necessary.

Pharmacist

Lee County Cooperative Clinic dba Olly Neal Community Health Center (ONCHC), is seeking a

pharmacist. The qualified applicant will compound and dispense medications following

prescriptions issued by physicians, dentists, or other authorized medical practitioners.

 

 

Minimum qualifications include but are not limited to being a graduate from an accredited

pharmacy program, Arkansas state license, and private professional malpractice insurance.

Pharmacy Technician​

Lee County Cooperative Clinic, Marianna, AR is seeking a pharmacy technician, as

needed/when available. The qualified applicant is responsible for preparing medications under

the direction of a pharmacist. May measure, mix, count, label, and record amounts and dosages

of medications.

 

Minimum qualifications include but are not limited to having a minimum of a high school

diploma and experience commensurate to the responsibilities; associate degree preferred.

​Quality Coordinator

Lee County Cooperative Clinic dba Olly Neal Community Health Center, located in Marianna, Arkansas, is seeking a qualified and motivated Quality Coordinator to join our team.

The Quality Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating the activities and operations of the Quality Control Department. This role ensures compliance with applicable regulations, supports continuous quality improvement initiatives, and promotes high standards of patient care throughout the organization.

Minimum Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in a related field required

· Three to five (3–5) years of related experience preferred

· Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills

· Experience in healthcare quality management or compliance is a plus

· Medical knowledge is preferred.

​Medical Assistant

​Lee County Cooperative Clinic dba Olly Neal Community Health Center, located in Marianna, Arkansas, is seeking a qualified and motivated Medical Assistant to join our team.

The Medical Assistant is responsible for assisting providers, nurses, and other medical staff by performing administrative and clinical duties.

Minimum Qualifications:

· Education: Associate's degree

· Experience: 1-2 years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience

· Licenses/Certifications: CPR and first aid certification required; certification as a medical assistant (CMA) preferred
