ABOUT LCCC

Lee County Cooperative Clinic provides comprehensive medical services to underserved populations in Lee, Phillips-Lakeview, St. Francis-Madison and Hughes.  Our main clinic is located in Marianna at 530 W. Atkins Boulevard.

In 1969, Lee County Cooperative Clinic was established with support from the Office of Economic Opportunity.  We also benefited from the services of physicians, nurses, and health advocates who were sponsored by VISTA.

Lee County Cooperative Clinic is recognized as a Patient-Centered Medical Home.  The National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) developed PCMH to assess whether clinician practices are functioning as medical homes and recognize them for these efforts.

We are a Federally Qualified Health Center and funded by Health Resources and Services Administration.  We have a staff of more than fifty qualified physicians, dentist, nurses, pharmacist, and support staff.  Our services include but are not limited to:  family practice, patient education, specialist and treatment referrals, transportation, diagnostic imaging and testing, and social services.   Services are offered on a sliding fee scale.  Medicaid, Medicare and private insurance are accepted.  All patients have equal access to services regardless of source of payment.

Lee County Cooperative Clinic is an approved National Health Service Corp site.
